www.money2india.icicibank.co.uk refused to connect.
When I turn off Wifi and use mobile network and tether my laptop to the mobile phone, I am able to access the the website perfectly fine.
Issue ongoing since Sunday 2/3/2025 and I am not sure who in virgin media i can report this to ? I think its virgin media routers/network not trusting this site.
You're looking at things the wrong way round.
Read the error message again:
www.money2india.icicibank.co.uk refused to connect.
This would suggest that it is actually the target refusing to receive a connection from your Virgin Media IP address, rather than Virgin Media blocking the connection.
You need to reach out to the banks customer support as they will need to investigate why your Virgin IP address is being blocked.
Oh and before anyone suggests it - NO rebooting your router is not an option. Virgin Media's IP addresses are very sticky, when I was with them I kept the same IP address for months or even years.
