ENDLESS LOOP SIGNING INTO vm EMAIL ADDRESS
I have been with Virgin Media since day 1 and use the same email address that I had from day 1, it has now become absolutely tedious signing into my VM email address due to the endless 'loop'
I do not want to have to keep ticking on motor cycles, buses, traffic lights etc., it goes on forever and I am absolutely fed up with it and glad that my contract finishes in October.
On top of that I have just had a run in with VM regarding Hub three which was faulty which I was fully aware of from day one but Virgin Media were very slow at replacing it Eventually it has been replaced after much inconvenience to myself as a long standing customer.
I have been checking out the Virgin Media deals online and note that I can obtain better elsewhere, this still does not rectify the LOOP problem that I am having.
I scan my computer everyday , clear cache etc., but still stuck with the LOOP
My contract is too expensive customer service is abysmal if a customer needs to speak to someone in the UK. I will not be renewing it.
Customers should not have to endure the boring, monotonous never ending loop to sign into their email.
