End of Contract

Hi

Just put iin 30 day notice to.leave virgin. They have been very good over the years and wanted around £127 to stay on same package. Was put through to.retemtioms team who offered our same package at £88. This is still £36 per month more than we are paying. Didn't mind an increase  but this is more than half again. Anyone else had similar offers or better?

    VM offers are generally "of the moment" and disappear when not accepted.  Your next offer may be actually worse.  It's up to you, if you have other ISP's just leave.  Otherwise you take your chances on pricing.  I've left to go elsewhere, and came back twice, each time as a new customer with the best prices.
