End of contract
My contract is due to end on the 23rd feb but when will I receive a box to send my rooter back?

Have you contacted VM and handed in your 30 days notice? If not you should do so now as contracts are for a minimum term (usually 18 or 24 months) and unless you give in your notice they continue on a rolling contract.
If you have already given in your 30 days notice and been told when the service(s) willl be disconnected then you should receive the returns packaging around 10 days after the disconnection date.
