Enabling ebilling

Hi, I'm unable to switch on ebilling. I see lots of similar queries here and it seems you're resolving them by DMing people. I don't see "eBills, email, text" in the dropdown menu I see you advising people to select. Please help

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with signing up to e-billing. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

  • I have same problem for over 2 years now, Virgin media deliberately not solving this issue. So many complains and all those customers complain about same issue why virgin media make it simple to swich e-billing? I dont trust virgin media anymore my contract expire in April i am switching to another supplier. Shame on you virgin.
