Email spelt wrong
I rang Virgin Media the other day to sign up for broadband. I never received my contract or any other emails. My modem arrived and I tried the modem self install when it arrived and I had to ring them back and they said they would send out an technician. I've been checking my app to see when the technician is arriving so I can be here to let them in. However I seen my name was spelt wrong on my order which made my check my app to see how they spelt my name and noticed that they spelt my email wrong with a d instead of a g. Makes sense why I haven't received anything. How can I ammend th
