Ebilling

I need help on switching to Ebilling. I have recently taken over a virgin package from a deceased family member, bills were always sent via email but since taking over account I am being sent a paper copy and being charged for it.  None of the instructions for switching to ebilling work and I am just going round it circles trying to sort it online as the links don’t offer any option to change billing option?  Searching the forum it seems lots of people have had the same  issue.   You would assume that ebilling would the be default option?!
