Ebilling
I can see there are a lot of messages on here about struggling to move to ebilling. I never signed up for paper billing, and never would do, but it has been set up on my account and I can’t take this off. I have followed all the instructions online and I don’t get the option to move to ebilling, and I can’t speak to anyone on the phone. Can anything be done to resolve this?
