Ebilling Help

I recently took over a virgin media package from a deceased family member. All the previous bills were sent via email (ebilling). Just received the first bill via the post and it includes a charge for £1.75. It also states some instructions for changing to ebilling but these do not appear to work! 

Can anyone help?
