Early Exclusive Contract Renewal

My contract isn't due for renewal until the end of Feb 2025 but I have received a few emais with a renewal offer. Having reviewed the offer I had a couple of questions e.g. there is no mention of the 2nd box or Netflix in the offer. I phoned support and they firstly said it was too early for an offer and it might be a scam. They have nothing on their systems regarding this offer. After noting that the email address looked genuine she advised that I should click through and accept the offer!! This is confusing as I have a couple of enquiries but don't know who to ask? Has anybody else had this problem?

  • It would seem that messaging the community is similar to getting information from Virgin on the phone................nothing
