E-billing

Can a member of the VM team please send me a PM to switch my account to e-billing? The process that has been posted multiple times does not work for me. Thanks.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues switching to e-billing via your online account. 

    Can you please advise, what happens when you follow the steps and at what stage of the steps does it fail? 

  •  Click on the Settings tile.

    •   Click on Account Details.
    •   Scroll to Communication Preference and click Edit.
    •   Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu. <--- This step fails. I don't have this option in the dropdown. Only Email/Text message/Phone call/Post as a single option and the Braille Grade 1, Braille 2, Audio and Large Print as the other options.
    •   Click Update.

      We can pick this up and get Ebilling registered.

      If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
      If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen that would be great.
