E-Billing

The instructions to switch to paperless bills don't work.  Why aren't we just set up as e-billing straight away like every other company where paper bills is an option.

Just seems like an excuse to take money and infuriate people.

All I can find on here is we need a pm for someone to set it up for us. Ridiculous

  • Hi, I have the same issue, been trying all the suggestions in the various threads and still cannot switch to e billing, please can someone at VM contact me urgently to sort this. We never requested paper bills and are not very happy that this was set up with no prior notification to us.

      Tried going through the help option too and no reply on WhatsApp...

  • Same position as everyone else. The instructions on your website are outdated and need to be changed. I saw a team member suggest changing contact preferences but mine are already set to the ones they suggested and I still receive paper bills.

    I've just spent 45mins trying to work this out and have had to resort to signing up to this community for something that should be really simple. From the outside looking in this all seems like a scam. Make it as difficult as possible to change to paperless to continue collecting £21 a year. As many have suggested before me, UPDATE THE HELP ADVICE ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!
