as a customer of 20+years I am suddenly being charged for unwanted paper bills. I have been on e-billing for as long as I can remember. There seems no way of signing up to e-billing (again), searching these forums there didn't seem to be any answers other than it being sorted out in DM's

3 months later and still being charged for unwanted and unrequested paper bills, can somebody help me move back to ebilling.
