E-billing impossibility
Why do the instructions on how to change to e-billing on the paper statement not work? Why is it not obvious how to make this change when you log into your account? There are many forum messages about this and any response from Virgin seems to be via a private message. Why?? Must be that the monthly £1.75 per account is a nice earner for them. Can't see any other reason. If anyone knows if it is possible to make this change yourself, please let me know! Thanks.
