Disney+ activation link

On Saturday I requested Disney plus and still awaiting the activation link they said it would be 24 hours but still nothing has came yet but Netflix was done without any type of issue whatsoever..

This is all I have had.

Thanks for signing up to Disney+. Because you’ve chosen to pay through your Virgin Media bill, you’ll now get one monthly bill for everything.

Setting up your Disney+ account

To get set up and start streaming, head over to your My Virgin Media account. Then, just select Activate Disney+ and follow the steps on-screen.

Already got a Disney+ subscription?

As long as you sign up using the same email address on your existing account, Disney can pause your existing subscription when you start your new one with Stream from Virgin Media.

If you subscribed through another provider, you’ll need to get in touch with them to make sure you don’t end up paying for it twice.

If you don’t want to add your existing subscription to your new one, or if you don’t already have one, head straight to the Disney+ app and sign in as normal.

I have tried to go to the steaming page but seems like internal issues from Virgin plus it's difficult to get the streaming page up via the app or web browser too..

  • Hello I’m having trouble with this as well and can’t seem to find anyone to help me. Really frustrating and not very good service for a new customer

  • It's as simple as "Where is this activation link?" 
    If you read the original question - the email says that it would be available under My Account. Where is this feature?

    Perhaps you should provide that link or guidance as a response here - to avoid many duplicate questions coming up.

    me…just got virgin broadband. Got the  offer for three months free Disney+ but the link to set it up and activate does not work. Please can someone let me know how to activate it? I need to do this within 14 days and this is approaching….im sick of trying to do it.

      Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your Disney + offer, 

      Was this offer made with an O2 SIM bundle or did you order the deal through a Third party site to obtain this deal please? 

      If this was with O2, you can claim your Disney + offer through your MYO2 online account rather than through your My Virgin Media online account.

        Hi. No it’s was broadband only which I did through your website. I’ve been sent emails about activating it…but it’s not working

Can we ask, are you facing any error messages or codes on your screen, how are you trying to activate the app, and is there a deal or offer on via O2 or is this something you wish to obtain through the Virgin TV box?

        Hi I ordered it through the WhatsApp messaging service a week ago and they said I'd be able to activate it in 24-48 hours but haven't had any info on as to how I activate it 

  • Hello, what is the resolution for this.  I have the same email, I am broadband only and have en email to register for Disney with 14 days, but cannot see any links in the account/app to do so?
    I have “disney soft bundle standard” per the email

      Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

      We're sorry to hear you've not received a link to activate your Disney+. In the email that you've received, there should be a link in there. The link is only valid for 1 hour, after which you'd need to activate within My VM. Once you've logged in, head to the Entertainment services section, select the Disney tile and then click the Activate button.
      When you click the button, you may get an error message. If this happens, you'll just need to wait 5-10mins and then click the activate button again. This will allow you to complete activation.

        I don’t see an entertainment services section in the myVM or on website at all? I am broadband only.
