Disconnection fee
I have moved home to an area that does not have virgin media . I have emailed proof to virgin media home movers 3 times now and had no reply. My bill still shows the disconnection fee and when I phone to ask who else to send it to they are useless . Who do I send my proof that I live in an area that does not support virgin ?
