Disconnection fee

I have moved home to an area that does not have virgin media . I have emailed proof to virgin media home movers 3 times now and had no reply. My bill still shows the disconnection fee and when I phone to ask who else to send it to they are useless . Who do I send my proof that I live in an area that does not support virgin ?

    When did you email them and which email did you send this over to?

      First time I emailed was on 26/02 , and it was to homemovers @virginmedia.co.uk - as I was instructed to by the telephone agent
