Claim Transfer Fee

Hello, 

I switched to Virgin in Novemeber and part of the Black Friday deal was that you could claim up to £200 for the transfer fee and it would be a Credit on the account rather than money back.

I had no instruction on how to do this but eventually got through to someone on the helpline and they said that I was indeed eligible to claim, as it was part of the deal, but I would get an email after the cooling off period. 

She said she added our conversation onto my account to say I'd called about it.

It's now atleast a month past this and still no email. I can not get any help on the chat and can't remember what options I picked on the helpline to get through to a person as it seems impossible now.

How do I get this sorted?

    switching-team@virginmedia.co.uk

    your full name and address;
    your new Virgin Media account number and Area Reference Number; and
    a copy of your final bill, equivalent confirmation letter or official email from your previous provider clearly showing the date of issue, your full name, address and the applicable early termination fees.  The date of issue of your final bill should not be older than 30 days from the date you ordered your new Virgin Media broadband service.
    The Offer can be redeemed within 60 days of activating your new Virgin Media broadband service. Virgin Media reserves the right to refuse claims submitted outside this period.
