Disconnected my Internet early

Hi, 

Virgin have disconnected my Internet early and they should of sent my router today the new one and it hasn't happened , what is going on , and they were supposed to cut it February 2nd midnight , not Saturday midnight , why do such a things guys , I need help please !! And where is my new router !! , thank you

    Why are you getting a new router when VM are disconnecting your services?

    Is this issue across two properties after a home move?

      When were your services disconnected? Also as RetiredATCO asked, are you currently in the middle of a house move and taking our services with you to your new home?
