Direct

Hi Moved house in july 2024,closed my old account with virgin media opened a new account at my new address.

Thinking my new account would move my direct  debit over.

But virgin media keep sending me texts telling me my payment is now due with overdue payments

Tried speaking with the payment team,to setup a direct debit to resolve this issue ,but they cannot help.

All I need is a paper bill sent to my new address,with my new account number on, is this to much to ask?
