Direct debit payment date

Hello,

I’ve been trying to change the direct debit payment date on the app but it won’t move past the submit stage?

There is no balance due and the dates are not within 5 days as advised.

Could someone advise how to move this on?

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.

    I thought it was a community forum so maybe other members of the community would have had a similar issue…
