Direct Debit Issue

I have messaged/posted about this issue before but I can’t find the post at all. However I have had a repeat of a problem I’ve had before with my direct debit.
I believe this is down to my bank and I’ve logged this with them, however they want some information from Virgin to enable me to log a complaint.
They have said they need the dates of any returned/failed/recalled/unpaid direct debits and also any additional fees/charges added to the account because of this. The account history only goes so far on my virgin account. The error is on the banks part, but this has resulted in a number of (historic) late payment markers on file for this company and one other.
Can a Virginmedia team member please contact me to see if they can get me the information I need. They have said they have now fixed the issue, but I need this information so I can resolve the issue with my credit file and try to claim the fees back from the bank.
