Direct Debit change functionality not working

Does anyone know when the Direct Debit change functionality will be fixed.  I have ben trying for 2 months to change the bank my DD comes out of without success.

Tried different browsers, but keep getting an "Oops" message when it tries to direct me to the page.

    Sorry to hear that updating the direct debit details has been tricky.

    Can you please confirm if you've attempted to this for your My Virgin Media application on your smart phone or tablet?

    I've tried both browser and the app, unfortunately the same result whichever way I try.

    I know I can phone someone to change the DD, but it seems such simple functionality, that I find it odd that it isn't working.

    I've changed all my other DD's recently with no issues, so I can only assume there is a potential system defect?

      Sorry to hear this and every time is it giving you the same answer / error message?

      There could be a issue yes but its hard to confirm without looking into this.

  • Hi Matt, yes I get the same "Oops! Something's gone wrong" message every time, with the offer to message the teams or visit the community page for help.
