Direct debit cancellation.

I’ve recently joined a new ISP and paid my final bill but there is still a virgin media direct debit on my bank account. Should they have cancelled this? Tried to do it in the app but it goes to an error and there’s no option for this when calling.

    Only you van cancel a Direct Debit it’s one of the protections built into the system.

    Provided the Virgin Media service has terminated and final bill has been paid, 
    login to your bank's online service & cancel the direct debit to Virgin Media.
