Direct Debit Amend

I have been trying for two weeks to change my direct debit bank details.  Constantly getting oops something went wrong message.  BOT no help. Can not get a message through via WhatsApp either. Can a VM real person please contact me and advise!

Can we ask, is this a complete changes of details as you have another bank account to use, as we cannot change the details over a digital platform , this can only be done via our contact team on 📞0345 454 1111. If you are looking to change the due date, this is something we can assist you with.

        Thanks for the update on this. To make any changes to your account that involve details such as personal banking would require a phone call to the contact team to make these changes. 

        📞0345 454 1111, menu options, 1, 1, & 4 (To change direct debit or ask about your bill).
