Device Management on Virgin Go

Every time i try to watch Live TV on Virgin Go, it asks me to Register my Device??  It is the same ipad? I am not watching it in incognito? The browser history & cache are not being cleared?

It is now saying that i am up to my limit of changes and now have to wait until the beginning of next month to make changes?

Please advise, as this is totally unacceptable.

    Sorry to see you're having issues with Live TV and TV Go 😞
    Please can you confirm after you register your device does this still happen?

    Are you having any error messages?

    Please can you clear the cache and cookies?

      Hi

      Everything is clear.

      It is the same ipad that the app asks me to register every time i try and watch something on it?

      I am now unable to view anything on Virgin Go until next month, when i can make amendments?

      Any idea why this is happening and why specific to mu ipad?  iphone and computer are fine?
