Credit refund issue

So currently i am trying to get my credit refunded and every time i contact customer service they say all they can do is raise a complaint and that they was either a technical issue or they have no record of the previous issue being discussed... I now am told over a week later of another wait that a cheque has been sent out even tho i was told and requested a refund to my bank account and from other countless complaints on this forum and reddit i can see that it likely not been sent. I want my money back and i am sick of wasting my time with customer service who are either incompetent or being told to drag it out in the hope customer just forget about the money.

Below is a email sent after me previous conversation with customer service on the 08/10/25

We have an update for you on how your complaint is progressing with us. We’ve tried to contact you to discuss in more detail, but we were unable to reach you. We didn’t want to delay things, so we’ve gone ahead and offered a proposed resolution.

We’ve looked into it and here’s what we found:
I’m writing to confirm that a bank transfer request has been successfully initiated on your behalf. A credit of £75.88 is on its way and should reach your registered bank account within the next 7 working days.

Here’s a summary of the complaint outcome and what we propose as a resolution:
This is to confirm that your bank transfer request has been successfully raised. An amount of £75.88 is on its way and it should arrive in your registered bank account within the next 7 working days..
