Credit previously agreed to not applied to bill.

Is there anyone on here who can help? Only a small amount but it's the principle. I rang up a few weeks ago to complain and they offered the resolution to waive the April price increase, however my bill has come out today and this has not happened. I have the chat transcript from contacting virgin if needed.
