Contract renewal

Hi

On Monday 7th I renewed my contract early for another 2 years keeping the exact package I currently have. Yesterday I received an email saying more details are required to complete the process asking me to call 0800 064 3830. I would like to congratulate VM on having a telephone system that is impossible to use when VM require the information. Speaking to an actual human being seems to be beyond the service offered.
