Contract Renewal

How do I renew my contract when none of the links on the two promotional emails I have received work

Talking to the Ibot help line is no help at all

    Aside from the promotional emails have you signed into My Virgin Media to see if there are any other online deals available?

    You could also select options 1,1, 4 and 4 when dialing 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, which should put you through to retentions (thinking of leaving) Although they won't have the same offers as those you received via promotional email (no other department has access to those offers) they do have better offers than the front line agents.  You might speak to a front line agent to begin with but if so tell them you are wanting to speak to cancellations and they should then pass you through to the actual retentions agent.
