Contract Renewal

i'm have a message coming up at the top of the web page telling me my contract is due for renewal in soon telling me look at the offers but get the customer-exclusion page this has now changed to

Come on in and see which of our amazing deals suits you down to a tee.

which does the same redirects to the customer-exclusion clicked chat waited about 40 minutes before finally getting through only to be be offered the same package at £60 a month more than i'm paying now after telling them i would be going elsewhere they then offered to upgraded my Skysports to Skysports HD i think it shows how the customer is treated when your redirected to a page which deliberately excludes you from seeing offers. I have been with virgin since the Eurobell southwest days over 30 years but won]t be renewing this time and will be heading back to sky who we left to join Eurobell i assume i just have to give 30 days notice 30 days before the contract ends.

Yes, 30 days notice if you are out of contract.  Once you decide to leave, you may, or may not get a call from retentions with a deal.  This will be a "one time only", so be sure of any other pricing from other ISP's so you can negotiate.  As for cancellation, I've always done this via letter for evidence reasons, and I don't have to phone in ...

Send a Signed for, Recorded deliver letter to Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA   Include all relevant information, date of disconnection, account details, name, address, etc.  You will need to keep your DD open as a final bill will be issued.  If in arrears, VM will take payment. If in credit VM will send payment in due course.

  • Thanks for the reply and the address to send the cancelation to
