Contract renewal

My contract is finishing so received an offer via sms.  I placed the order and received confirmation and contract details.  When I go I to my app and look under orders, it doesn't show up.  The contract says services should activate 23rd July.  But not received any followup.  Online chat with virgin operators inducated they cant see the order which is strange.  Any thoughts?

  • There's obviously a problem at VM, surprise... I have the same issue but with a renewal I made via My Virgin Media. 

    VM please contact me via PM to resolve.
