Contract renewal

Hi folks 

I am aware that this forum has plenty of people who have/are dissatisfied with Virgin Media for numerous reasons……I have had a few too. 

I have recontracting this afternoon and it went pretty well…..initially offered same package but £15 more per month ( Netflix adds)…..this was then dropped by £5…..Said I  would consider shopping around and then phone retention department……was put through to retention department and got the exact same package for £2.47 less than what I am currently paying…..only issue is Netflix adds…..

    I had the same response. I was quoted £100 then £84 finally £72* by Louis, to renew my contract. The guy's a star!

    He even waived the activation fee!
