Contract renewal

Hi, my contract is up in June this year and I  recieved a text message with a renewal offer on 28th March. I agreed to this offer and recieved an email with my pre contract documents on the same date. 

Since then there has been nothing showing on my account confirming my renewal and I have recieved emails stating my contract is coming to an end with offers which are more expensive than the one I agreed to on the 28th of March. I spoke to someone today on web chat who said the agreed 18 month contract from 28th March appears to be lost and they couldn't help me any further apart from offering me a more expensive contract which i obviously declined. I would like the contract that I have agreed to on the 28th March to be honoured as I have proof of two contract documents which have been emailed to me by Virgin Media.
