Contract Renewal

My 18 month contract finished on march 28th, I updated to my new contract on the 10th of March with an estimated activation date of the 13th March, it has still not been activated, when I click upgrade it says still in progress and I have been sent my next bill for £77 (instead of £46) can someone advise please

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    We're sorry to hear the package change hasn't gone through.

    Was this done via your online My Virgin Media account?

    Did you receive a contract summary email?

    Did the new order include any new equipment and therefore require an installation/delivery.

      Hiya, yes it was done online

      I recieved the contract summary on the 10th of March

      No equipment was required

        On the contract summary sheet/information sheet email you received, did you send us your consent after this email to go ahead with the deal as it is described on the documentation?
