Contract renewal

Can someone from VM please help with this?

 My current contract ends at the end of April. Whilst searching for options I was offered a deal I was prepared to accept. I received pre contract info via email on the 3rd March. I contacted customer services by phone on 3rd March. I agreed the contract and was told the details had been processed and would be passed to the relevant team. Since then I have heard nothing other than daily emails saying my contract was ending and offering me deals less palatable than the one I have already accepted.

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your renewal offer.
    As a rule, we tend not to deal with packages on here. However, we can take a look and make sure this gets resolved.
