Contract Renewal
I have renewal the Boardband and TV Contract with boardband upgrade. The new contract supposed to be start on 1 Feb and on 1 Feb the engineer had came and upgraded the router for me. However until now Virgin media is still charging me the price before Contract renewal and the package details in My Virgin Media is still not updated. I have reported the issue twice last week to web messaging and twice the agent stated that they noticed there is some error in my account and had pushed the Contract through the system but the contract details and monthly charge are still not updated.
Please advise if there is any way to make a complain to Virgin Media instead of web messging?
