Contract renewal

Hi I was sent a renewal price and accepted it as no price increase, received email with pre contract documents, now I have new with increase of £50. Have spoken to someone who said can take 14 days to go through, but am worried if it doesn’t I have lost my 14 days right to cancel, also I am going into hospital and maybe unable to sort it out.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns regarding your contract. It can take up to 14 days for any online renewal orders to be processed by the team. You're billing will continue as normal until this has been applied to the account. As you pay in advance for your services, any price changes made mid-billing cycle, will show prorates in your next produced bill for the difference. 

    If your new contract has not been applied after 14 days, please do let us know and we can investigate this further on our side if needed.
