Contract renewal

Seems like this is becoming a bit of a recurring theme but it doesn’t seem my contract renewal which I have selected through my account on 26th January is going through and despite speaking to people through the chat nothing happening to show this has been accepted.

i have received email confirmation with contract summary and contract information and a separate order summary on the 26 Jan but nothing showing on my online account.

what concerns me is that like others on here the contract is it gonna be honoured. 

can anyone help

      Hey aardvark007, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, I am sorry to hear about your renewal issue.

      If you have done this online this can take 14 working days to go through, if it goes past that time please do reach out.

      If you got an email to confirm this went through this is a good sign.

        thanks for replying. Today is the 14th working day and still no sign that this has gone through. In fact the price being offered is slowly creeping up and with less than two weeks until my current contract ends I am concerned reading others issues on here that this is not going through and then I am gonna be told the offer is no longer available.
