Contract Renewal

Same as 2 years ago contract up on 23/5/24 pay a discounted amount at present if £54.40 due to over 20 years loyalty on my behalf went in to renew offered deal at £88.80 total rip off no discount offered just like 2 years ago recovering from cancer not up to months of hastle will just leave and get a deal elsewhere P Kelly esq JP retired now

    If VM has not come up with a satisfactory renewal offer, you would be right to give your 30 days notice to cancel and go elsewhere.

    Once you have put in your cancellation, you might get a call-back from VM retentions (but no guarantee this will actually happen). Having marketing options on in 'My VM' is advised to allow such a call to happen.

    It is usually suggested on here that you have most negotiating power with VM in the last 30 days of your minimum term. A price rise in April may also apply to any deal taken out now

When customers come to the end of their discounted term we to try to retain them with any offers and deals that are available to them at the time for their renewal.
