Contract renewal

Hi,

My contract expired two days ago. Before expiry in my online account I selected one of the "Your renewal offers" which was offering a price just slight more than my previous contract for the same service. I tried to renew and got an error. Yesterday I was going to try again but the price in "Your renewal offers" is significantly higher than a few days ago. Why?

  • Hi juliancb thanks for posting although we're sorry you've had an issue renewing online.

    All offers are time sensitive so it may just be a case due to the amount of interest, it's no longer available and might also explain the error you've got too.

      Thank you for the reply, not a great customer experience if the "personalised" displayed offer doesn't work and then is gone. Today's offer is a 47% increase from my last renewal 18 months ago which isn't very attractive. There don't seem to be any other offers to explore.
