Contract renewal
Hi - Back on the 23rd Jan I took up the option to renew my Broadband contract, at the deal being offered to me. It is now 6th Feb and I haven't received any subsequent emails from Virgin in the period since, and my account still says "Your Contract Has Expired". I am also about to be charged next months bill at the old rate.
I do have a confirmation number that I luckily screen-grabbed from the website.
Can someone help with this?
