Contract renewal

I have just ‘grabbed’ my new contract that has been offered to me in my acccount and received all the details and I have agreed and accepted the conditions but later when I go into my account it says ‘Time to renew’ I have tried ringing but no option to talk. Can someone help please!

    Hopefully a VM person will pick this up and offer to help.

    But beware that you may be told the offer wasn't accepted/wasn't recorded and is no longer available.  This seems to happen quite a lot.

    If you have just (today) processed your order, be patient. It may take a few working days to complete.

    Personally, I processed mine last Thursday and received the contract on Monday.
