I clicked to order the "special offer" price for the same p[ackage a few days ago.
Received an email at 18.03 yesterday with Pre-Contract information. This showed a monthly payment of £45.63.
Then at 9.58 today I received an eContaract email showing a payment of £48.83.
I just called customer serviced who have no idea why the change and everything they can see on my accoount is £48.83.
So, 2 questions:
Why the change?
Why is there no record of the £45.63?

No, the team member I spoke to couldn't explain it and all she could see on my account was £48.83 and no mention of the lower amount anywhere.
That's why I asked here.

We can look further into this for you but, do you have the proof that you were offered the lower price and that you have provided consent to go ahead with the package price at the lower amount of £45.63?

I first received pre-contract documents showing £48.83. The following day I received further pre-contract documents showing £45.63 ref CIS100255800094.pdf. The following day it had reverted to £48.83.
Why?

I should add I initially agreed to £48.83, so why then come back with £45.63?
That's my real question.
