Contract renewal

Hi yhere.

I recently received a contract renewal notice explained that I could get my existing package for less money. Stating there would be no changes to my package. On the confirmation email it states I no longer have TNT sports. After some.reading I understand that TNT was removed from the Maxit package, however, the Initial statement was that there would be no change  My frustration is that I have now signed up for another 18 month contract, based on your statement, and if I had known TNT would be removed, I would not have agreed to another contract. I now have to phone to change this, which will probably be a hassle as always. Not a happy customer.
