Contract renewal
Hi, can anyone advise when I’m likely to get an email regarding my contract ending? My contract has just entered its final month, and I would like to speak to someone about renewing, thanks

We can discuss via PM when your contract ends, but we don't do package changes here in the Community just so you know. We'd advise contacting us on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and the team will be happy to advise.
If you'd like to view your contract via My Virgin Media here it should tell you when this expires.
Alternatively if you can't find it through there please let us know again.
