Contract renewal

Hi 

Had several emails to renew contract but price increase is ridiculous. Can someone contact me to go through options with prices. Currently on broadband only - 250 with home works . Latest email. From virgin was supposedly same service but price was £2.29 more but without home works so actually £12.21 more an increase of over 36%. Seriously considering other providers. Prefer a message from virgin here rather than a call centre. Thanks

    The VM team on here don't deal with renewals.

    You need to speak with the retentions team on 0345 454 1111 (or 150 from a Virgin Media landline).
