Contract renewal
I called virgin and renewed my contract on 29th March and received the pre-contract email on the same day but received no further correspondence and I don't know what's happening. This is the second time that I've been through this process and I'm getting more frustrated with the appalling service from virgin media. I've been a customer for 15+ years and seriously considering cancelling my contract and going elsewhere.
