Contract renewal

I called virgin and renewed my contract on 29th March and received the pre-contract email on the same day but received no further correspondence and I don't know what's happening. This is the second time that I've been through this process and I'm getting more frustrated with the appalling service from virgin media. I've been a customer for 15+ years and seriously considering cancelling my contract and going elsewhere.

  • You’re one of many. Virgin Media should get fined for this. Report to Ofcom.

  • Similar problem. I've been politely advised to wait 14 days for it to appear on my account. 

    I'd be happy with a 'contract pending' note, but there is not even that.

    A most unusual practice which I have never seen anywhere else. I am not happy.
