Contract Renewal

My contract will be end of this March and got the renewal offer back in early this February. I accepted and got 2 emails which included a pre contract and estimated activation date.  But my new package and price has not been altered on my account.  I expected that my contract has been renewed but now seems not that case. Can anyone help to sort this problem? 

 

  • I've had exactly the same as you. So far on chat to an advisor i've been told that they cannot honour the price they originally offered last month when I accepted. Now they've offered me a price double the original offer. Hopefully someone will be able to help
