Contract Renewal

As my current contract is coming to an end I am receiving emails giving me a price for renewing.  Like, apparently, lots of other people, when I click on the “Renew” button I get the “Oops it looks like something went wrong” etc. message.

When I look at my current contract it gives me the current price and rhen the new price from the date my contract will renew.

1). Does this mean that my contract will renew at the stated price or not?

2) If not, how do I renew my contract?  I’ve tried WhatsApp but they say it’s nothing to do with them, and I’m reluctant to spend hours queuing on the phone.

    Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

    Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with renewing your contract. With this there are multiple ways to go about sorting out a new package, with the contract price, the renewal will often get confirmed via email, can you confirm if you have received any emails stating a confirmation order?

      I’ve not got to that stage yet.

      My contract expires next month.  I’ve had an email asking me to click on a link to renew my contract for my current package.

      I’m wanting to do that but when I click on the link I just get the error message as above.  I need to make sure I am renewing as I am concerned that if I don’t I’ll end up having to pay a higher price. I’m not wanting to change my package, just renew on the same package as on my existing contract.

        Thank you for letting us know. When you are near the end of contract, any discounts on the package expire, and from the end of the contract date you will be charged the full amount of the package. This will continue to be a rolling contract until you renew or cancel.
