I accepted a contract renewal via email offer which was the same as my current package with all my current adds ons listed. The contract has just come thru and the Sky Sports UHD add-ons have been removed? Are they included by default now or have they downgraded my package slyly? How do get these reinstated at my original renewal offer price?

Unless SKY UHD was included on your document it would be an add on if not .
Did your paperwork say this was 100% included or was it just the standard HD?
Hi Matthew, it was 100% on my renewal offer as it listed all my current package with the add ons (sky sports uhd and tnt sports). I wouldn’t have accepted the slight price rise otherwise. TNT is still listed on the renewal but it says Sky sports uhd removed. How can this be reinstated?
